Product Usage
PVC insulated flame retardant and non-flame-retardant cables with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V, suitable for DC and AC 50HZ
rated voltages of 450/750V and below, for power units, household appliances, instrumentation, telecommunications equipment and lighting lines
Use a cable.
Product performance standards
GB/T5023-2008 JB/T8734-2016 Flame retardant and fire resistant type used together with GB/T19666-2005
Use characteristics
1. Rated voltage
The rated voltage of the cable is expressed as follows:
UO/U=450/750
Where: UO: the effective value of the voltage between any primary insulated conductor and "ground" (metal shield, metal sleeve or surrounding
medium).
U: Voltage rms value between any two conductors of a multi-core cable (wire) or single-core cable (wire) system.
2. Conductor rated working temperature
The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70 ° C, and the heat-resistant 90 ° C PVC insulated cable allows long-term
operating temperature of 90 ° C, heat resistance 105 ° C
PVC insulated cables allow a long-term operating temperature of 105 °C.
In the case of a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 150 °C.
3. Cable laying conditions
The cable should be laid at a temperature not lower than 0 °C. Allowable bending radius: the outer diameter of the cable is less than 25mm (D ≤ 25mm) should not be less than 4D; the outer diameter of the cable is 25mm and above (D ≥ 25mm) should be no less than 6D

2. Product representation method
The product is indicated by model, specification (rated voltage, number of cores, nominal cross section) and standard number.
3. Product model composition
The various cable types included in GB/T5023 are indicated by two numbers and placed after the 60227 IEC. The first digit indicates the basic
classification of the cable.
The second digit indicates a specific pattern in the basic classification.

product structure
1. Conductor
The conductor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3956. The surface of the conductor shall be smooth and free of oil, without burrs, sharp edges and single lines protruding or broken.
2. Insulation
The insulation should be tightly packed onto the conductor and should be easily peeled off without damaging the insulator, conductor or plating.
3. Metal shielding
The shielded cable shall have a copper tape shield or a copper wire braided shield outside the cable core.
4. Outer sheath
