Product superiority
(1) Good electrical performance, safe and reliable power supply. The connecting piece of the branch cable adopts “O” type silver alloy tube. After
mechanical molding, it is convenient for the contact resistance of the wire and cable and the branch cable to be small, ensuring that the branch
connector is not hot. The expansion and contraction are affected, and the contact resistance is smaller as the expansion of the connecting member
and the bridging force between the branch line and the trunk cable increase. Since there is no intermediate joint on the cable trunk line, the DC
resistance is reduced, and the electrical performance, trunk continuity, joint reliability and stability of the branch cable are obviously better than those of
the ordinary cable and the busway, and there is no fault in the trunk system. Existence greatly improves the reliability of power supply.
(2) The construction period is short and the installation is convenient. The branching work that needs to be completed at the construction site has been
completed in advance in the factory. Therefore, the labor intensity on the construction site is reduced, the working time is saved, and the quality
of the branch connection is ensured. The installation method is simple and convenient, and the installation technical level of the installer is not high,
and the installation period is short, only about 10% of the installation time of the busway.
(3) It has good shock resistance and waterproofness. The molding part of the branching body adopts mechanical injection molding process, and the
adhesion of the specially formulated PVC polymer is tightly bonded to the cable sheath to ensure good connection. The tightness and waterproofness, because the branch cable is a whole intermediate jointless, its tensile strength and windability are far better than the busway. For high-rise buildings,
the mechanical stress caused by earthquake has little effect.
(4) The installation environment is low, the utilization rate is high, and the occupied area is small, which is conducive to the reasonable use of the

Branch cable product selection
(1) YJV-cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed branch cable can be selected for the working environment with an average temperature
greater than 35 °C or a larger load.
(2) VV-polyvinyl chloride insulated PVC sheathed branch cable can be used in general workplace.
(3) ZR-flame-resistant branched cable with flame retardant is required in the design of distribution circuit.
(4) The fire-fighting power distribution emergency lighting and other lines can be selected with NH fire-resistant branch cable.
(5) DDZ (low-smoke and halogen-free) or WDZ, WDZN (low-smoke and halogen-free) type with branch cable (ie clean type with branch cable) should be used for important buildings and crowded places.
(6) The selected trunk cable and branch cable should meet the requirements of voltage drop, and the current carrying capacity should be reserved for about 30%.
